DemandFast ("we," "our," or "the Service") is a document preparation service, not a law firm. We provide software tools that assist users in preparing written demand letters based on information provided by the user.

No attorney-client relationship is formed through your use of DemandFast. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services of any kind.

2. No Legal Advice

The documents, templates, statutory citations, and other content provided by DemandFast are for informational and document-drafting purposes only. Nothing on this website or in any document we generate constitutes legal advice. For advice specific to your legal situation, consult a licensed attorney in your state.

3. Accuracy and Currency of Information

Laws and regulations change frequently. While we make reasonable efforts to keep our templates and state-specific information current, we make no warranty or guarantee that any statutory citation, deadline, penalty provision, or other legal information in any generated document reflects current law.

You are responsible for verifying that any document you receive is accurate, complete, and appropriate for your circumstances before sending it.

4. User Responsibility

You represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide to DemandFast is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You have reviewed the generated document and confirm it accurately reflects your situation.
• You understand that sending a demand letter may have legal consequences.
• You will consult an attorney if you are uncertain about any aspect of your legal situation.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

DemandFast makes no representation or guarantee that sending a demand letter generated through our service will result in payment, settlement, or any other outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including the actions of the recipient, applicable law, and the specific facts of your situation.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

Our service fee is a one-time payment of $25 per document. Refunds are not available once a PDF document has been generated and made available for download. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading your document, contact us at support@demandfast.com within 7 days of purchase and we will assist you.

7. Privacy

We collect the information you provide (name, address, dispute details, email) solely for the purpose of generating your demand letter and delivering it to you. We retain this information for a limited period for customer support purposes. We do not sell your personal information. Your email address is used only to send your download link and receipt.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEMANDFAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
