  • Dispute Details: Any information you provide about your legal dispute, including addresses of parties involved, dates, and financial amounts.
  • Payment Information: We use third-party payment processors (PayPal). We do not store your credit card or bank account information on our servers.

We use your information solely for the following purposes:

  • To generate the demand letter PDF you have requested.
  • To deliver the link to your generated document via email.
  • To provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

4. Data Retention and Security

We retain your letter data for a limited period (typically 30 days) to allow for customer support and re-downloads. Generated PDFs are stored securely on Vercel Blob and are accessible only via time-limited, token-gated links that expire after 72 hours.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share your data with the following third-party providers only to the extent necessary to provide the service:

  • Supabase: For database storage of your letter data.
  • Vercel: For hosting and storage of generated PDF files.
  • Resend: For transactional email delivery.
  • PayPal: For secure payment processing.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Because we only retain data for a short period, most data is automatically deleted from our primary systems after 30 days. For specific requests, please contact us.
